Designed specifically for the MOJAB CarbonPro 40” Compact Hydraulic Jack, this bolt-on mounting kit provides a clean, secure way to carry your CarbonPro Jack on the rear of the Ford Bronco Raptor.

The 40” Compact CarbonPro is an ideal match for the Bronco Raptor’s factory 37” tire setup. With the factory rock sliders, the jack provides the height and lifting capability needed to safely lift the vehicle on the trail.

The kit includes two heavy-duty steel mounting brackets—an upper and lower bracket—designed to bolt directly to the CarbonPro Jack mounting clamps. The brackets utilize the Bronco Raptor’s factory rear accessory mounting area next to the spare tire, providing a true bolt-on installation with no drilling, cutting, or permanent modification required.

When installing the jack, ensure that the jack’s lifting arm control handle is properly aligned and positioned within the groove of the taillight assembly to provide adequate clearance.

• Verify Proper Fitment: Always double-check the jack’s position and clearance from the taillight before fully opening or closing the rear door.
• Control Door Movement: Exercise extra caution when opening the rear door, particularly when parked on an incline or uneven terrain. Never allow the door to swing or slam shut uncontrollably.
• Inspect Gas Struts: Ensure the rear door’s gas struts are in proper working condition and capable of securely supporting the additional weight of the mounted jack. Worn or weak struts may allow the door to close unexpectedly, potentially causing the jack to strike and damage the taillight.
