Shipping Policy

Pro UTV Parts makes every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. We ship from our inventory first. However, our relationships with our manufactures enable us to directly ship from the source, but Pro UTV Parts may need to get parts from other locations to complete orders. This may take more time. 

Orders made over the weekend will be processed if possible. If your item is out of stock or is a custom order and will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you via e-mail or by phone. Most orders should be received within 7 business days. Orders drop-shipped from the manufacturer or distributor may not arrive at the same time.

If your order is shipped via commercial freight (Ex. Roll Cages) it is your responsibility to fully inspect your items before you sign the driver’s paperwork. If a claim is not filed with the driver at time of delivery there is nothing we can do to fix the problem.

Special Orders

A few of our products are custom built to order. For example, PRP Suspension seats, Walker Evans Wheels, PRP Soft Tops, Desert Works Roll Cages, Dirt Engineered Doors, and certain color knee pads and arm pads are a few of the products custom built. These products can have an additional lead time of up to two weeks before they are shipped.

Refunds are not available for special orders.

 

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is as follows; parts must be returned within 14 days of ordering. Pictures are required of product defects. Purchaser must facilitate or be willing to take purchased items to a shipping location if required by Pro UTV Parts or the manufacturer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping rates are non-refundable. Items shipped free from Pro UTV Parts and returned will be subject to the original cost of shipping the item to you. All returns must be in their original packaging and re-sellable. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. No returns will be made on any electrical parts, custom parts, seats, cages, or special orders. Parts damaged due to shipping or parts sent in error can be exchanged or refunded in full. Shipping damage must be filed with the shipper before we can exchange or refund an order.

Due to a number of changes that PayPal, Credit Card processors, Amazon Payments, and some of our parts vendors have made; it has become necessary to charge a return/cancellation fee of up to 4% on certain orders and/or products ordered. All credit card refunds are subject to the 4% fee. Store credit may be issued for full credit on refunds and cancellations at customer's request. Because of the vast differences of each one of the policies that affect us, Pro UTV Parts reserves the right to implement this fee on a case by case basis in the event that an order has to be returned or cancelled.  This policy is effective March 1st 2020  

Please contact us with any returns. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Payments. You will be issued a return authorization number, and shipping instructions (including specific return address) for any returned items. Items returned to us without notification (and RMA number when applicable) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. No returns will be accepted without a proper return authorization number (RMA or RA number) unless instructed otherwise in writing . Pro UTV Parts is not responsible for website errors. Pro UTV Parts as well as our suppliers make mistakes occasionally on our website. Customer satisfaction is our priority. and we will do our best to correct these errors to satisfy our customers.
