The RackBoss 2.0 is designed to dominate. It uses our X24 Technology, which eliminates extra movement from internal parts with heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack. We use heavy-duty 1” diameter solid bar tie rods that are powder coated to eliminate rust and corrosion. We also use heavy-duty heim joints for superior articulation and adjustability—and better support for larger tires. Beefy 16 mm rack threads and 3/4” rod threads reinforce the weakest points on most tie rods for unbeatable strength and reliability.
